Just sending out a friendly warning to all those thinking of buying a phone here.. Be sure to remove all covers and plastic from screens and so on before you walk out of the store with the phone.. we bought a brand new s7edge were told not to remove the plastic screen cover til we got the screen protector they order for us only to find out when we finally did remove the plastic not even 24 hours later only to find out that the screen had a big scratch across the screen. Called the store were told we needed to talk to a Manger who would not be back in til mon ( this was saturday) .. went in first thing Monday just to be told there was nothing they could do for us because we left the store.. have fun with this place and good luck... they are selling junk and won't back it up..
Got accessories thrown into my bag that I didn't want. My phone was faulty and they told me to just call customer service and didn't even direct me to the right phone number. Charged me a set up fee on my phone when I didn't ask for any service.
