Deceitful, biased, hateful
Not alot of professionalism. Employees don't keep track of their calls, one woman screamed at me calling me a liar when I rescheduled my appt. Excessive attitude, been hungup on. Never look forward to visiting the office/calling. (Note, some people in there are very helpful, then others not)
