I have Geisinger insurance but yet they won't see me ! Ok what ever you suck. I abhor lewistown to begin with.
I DISLIKE THIS PLACE....WORSE NOW WITH GEISINGER IN CONTROL. I need to make an appointment for an infection (ear) but I also HAVE to work so I call and they are experiencing high call volume and my wait time will be 7 minutes or more but I can schedule on line. So because i HAVE to work I go online to schedule my appointment. Well, they don't schedule imediate appointments, we are to call in for that! SO I call again and the normal wait time is greater than 7 minutes. I schedule online. That was 2 days ago and they NEVER answered my email and my normal wait time is greater than 7 minutes on the phone. WTH!! For all the money this place makes .... get more people on scheduling!!!

Dr Oja dont know how to call in proper instructions for prescriptions and dont send them to the correct pharmacy the last 3 months he has messed up my prescriptions that has made me have to call 5 or 6 times a day till they get it right or going without over wknd without my medicine
They have a lack of communication with patients. I was not informed of the time change of hours open for business. Website is wrong. Plus the fact, that on Saturdays you need to make appointments. Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere for services. This is the second time there has been issues when I have had to have lab work done.
