Hard to sum up a whole store in a sentence or two. But here we go. Have been going to many different Lowes for years. This review is for Lewistown Pa.. 1. Cashiers are great. 2. Customer service is average 3. Knowledge of department workers is some good, some very poor and some excellent. 3. Management is very good but fault them in that more training should be given to workers who are subpar in their knowledge of assigned departments. 4. Attitudes of workers seem to be above average as in compared to other Lowes.
They help me alot
We are a huge fan of Lowes! Some departments have a very limited selection. Wood is normally warped, but that is across all Lowes stores. Some staff lack basic knowlegde, but some staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They are all pleasant and friendly though.
