Small store with incredibly overpriced merchandise. Staff are helpful but store associate Benjamin is very pushy and once we repeatedly said we would not get their insurance they transferred our contacts to our new phone and left out dozens in the process.
Very friendly and attentive to the customers. Most staff is very knowledgeable and always quick to help. I have been an AT&T customer for over 10 years and I prefer this location for upgrades and questions.
Would give negative star if possible. Staff was friendly but ends there. Talked me into a s8+ nice phone. Told them I'll take it and then they say they don't have any. Was told they had their stock recalled. This was on a Monday. Said they would have more on Wednesday and if I had it directly shipped it wouldn't come till Friday so I waited for Wednesday and he would call me. 4 pm Wednesday rolls around no call. So I call them. Im told no phones came in and had no idea when they will come. If I had ordered online I would have gotten the phone Friday. Now im without a phone another week and will never return to this store again

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. There are always enough employees that I never have to wait very long and the store is always very clean. I work for Samsung and they are incredibly knowledgeable about our products.
