This place was not willing to work with me.. Called about my reservation i had, they claimed they had no record of my reservation, girl from customer service was rude and not helpful at all, had such a strong accent couldn't even make out half of what she was saying.. will never rent a car from here.

I've been dealing with enterprise for a few weeks and my experience has been flawless till today. I needed a rental to make an appointment and I was told one price a few days ago now I'm being told I have to come up with 350.00 for a deposit. No way can I deal with this, I am partially disabled with limited cash and no way am I putting up that kind of money for a rental car that I will have for less then 24 hours.
I’ve never rented a car from this location but never had heard anything bad about it. My experience though was nothing but AWFUL with them. I rented a car about 1 1/2 months ago and returned the car during non business hours and dropped the key in the lock box. I thought everything was fine, but about a week after I received a call saying that the card had been either stolen or not returned. They kept telling me that they had process to follow and wouldn’t file a police report. They don’t have any cameras and I surely didn’t want them blaming me for a mistake on their part so I filed a police report. Long story short, they were supposed to track the car and that’s what they kept saying for about 3 weeks and never did. They told me that they would contact me when they found the car. Just a couple of days ago, I finally received the deposit back and no call to update me about the car. I called them and they told me that the car magically appeared in their parking lot a 2 weekends ago and no ones knows who took it for one month or how it was returned. Horrible service, they lied to my face about the car whereabouts, and kept the deposit, and blamed me for a stolen car. If you ever dropped off your car off during non business hours be careful! They said that someone comes on Sunday’s to check the keys but when I asked they said that the person lives near by and goes whenever he feels like it. So everything sounded very shady to me. I’ll never rent a car from here again and I don’t recommend it.
