I have gone to Frank Berrier's to get my taxes done for years. Have always had a good experience there. I have always had no issues with the appointment that I wanted. I always call at the beginning of January and get an set up for the day and time I want towards the end of February. Everyone is always nice and helpful to us and have taught us different things that we can do differently to help us out. I would tell anyone I know to go to them to have their taxes done. I did before I was married and moved away and still come back home every year to have them done again and again. I will not go to any other the other places I could go were I live. I know of a very well known tax place by me and I refuse to go to them because their cost is very high compared to Mr. Berrier's and the fact is I don't think they would do as good of job as I get at Mr. Berrier's. I am thankful for the help and friendly service they provide. Keep up the good work.
After being charged $60 for 25 minutes of work from one of Berrier's employees for filing taxes, they did them incorrectly. When the employee was approached all they had to say was "sorry" and did not the have audacity to take responsibility for their actions. They care about getting their own money.. forget their customers. Do not reccommend this location for taxes.
We've been going to Frank since the mid 90s never had a problem until this year Our preparer "Bob" screwed up now we have to wait even longer for our refund that we use to pay insurance with now my insurance is going laps I would not advise anyone to go there if they hire people who don't know what they are doing NEVER GOING BACK. I'll Do them myself for now on
